The PADI instructor exam is conducted over two days. A PADI examiner flies onto the island Thursday morning. The exam is conducted on West Bay beach and at the divesite Mandy’s Eel Garden. It usually starts at 12pm on Thursday and finishes around 5pm Friday. Over the last three years we have had a 100% first time pass rate.

The schedule is usually as follows:

Thursday 12pm Orientation

Thursday 1.30pm Written Exams – Dive Theory and Standards

Thursday 5pm Knowledge Development Presentations

Friday 8am Open Water Teaching Presentation

Friday 12 pm Confined Water Presentations

Friday 4pm Closing Ceremony
